After a very pleasurable experience with Strathmore Floors, I would like to recommend their services to those in need of professional home remodel expertise.  I personally worked with Sheri Vest and Sheryl Kirby.  They both consulted with me and provided excellent product, finish, and other design recommendations for hardwood floors, carpeting, kitchen remodel, and bath remodel projects for my home.  Thus far, Strathmore's excellent contractors have installed hardwood flooring on the entire first floor of my home.  This project included repair of existing hardwoods and installation of new hardwoods in previously carpeted areas.  Once installed, sanded, and stained, the transition between the new and existing hardwoods is seamless.  The floors look spectacular and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished product.  Sheri worked with me before, during, and after the project to ensure that we were satisfied.  The project was completed on schedule and at a fair and competitive price.  I will certainly enlist Strathmore with my future home improvement projects.

I want to thank you for the helping me select my new laminate floors.  Your patience with me in the selection, my indecisiveness, bringing home samples after samples, phone calls and emails all the while being your cheerful self.  I want to thank Jim and Kathleen for helping me when you were on your needed vacation. My experience dealing with your company has been a wonderful one.   

I want to also commend the installation crew you sent for the install.  They were professional, courteous and friendly.  This morning they arrived to correct a small problem and because I was in the back and didn't hear them they patiently waited on the porch till I noticed them.  They assured me any problems just call they would be back.  Please let your owner know they are hard workers.

It is reassuring to know that during the whole experience my needs came first.  The floors look beautiful and  I am truly one pleased customer.  I now know why my daughter in law Michelle Olsen of "Details by Design" wanted me to do business with your company.

Cheryl and I including our kids want to thank you for your help with our new floors. They are beautiful and add a richness to our home. It was a pleasure working with a professional like yourself and you made the process very easy. We would also like to thank you for going beyond what anyone else would have done to get the type of wood we wanted. Most people would have tried to direct us to whatever was most convenient for them but you went the extra mile and made it happen.

We think what really made the experience great was the follow up to make sure everything was perfect. With any type of construction there will be some items that will need to be addressed. This is where the true professionals shine. When we contacted you about some items that needed taken care of, you worked quickly to make sure they were taken care of.
